Dear Central Families,

HOLIDAY CONCERT (Grade 1 to 6) :
We are very excited about our holiday concert on Wednesday, December 21st. We have two performances available for you and your family to enjoy. A matinee performances at 1:30pm or an evening show at 6:30pm at the Burlington Central High School Auditorium.

Due to fire regulations, there are a limited number of seats available. Each family will be given two tickets per family for the evening performance. The matinee performance will not require tickets. We encourage you to attend the matinee performance, if you can.

If you will not be attending the evening performance, please return your tickets to the office. If your family has a circumstance which requires more than two tickets, please let the office know. There will be a limited number available. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to a fantastic show!

We are excited to announce that Sara Westbrook will be coming to Central on Wednesday, March 1st! Sara Westbrook is an amazing motivational speaker, author and singer who specializes in Resilience, Confidence and Metal Well-Being. Using personal stories and songs, Sara gives students skills to think and act beyond their emotions so that they can make character-based choices.

Sara believes that “life can bring up challenging circumstances that are not always in our control. The good news is we are in control of our choices – how we choose to act, react and what we choose to believe. Our power lies within our choices. I call this power our UPower.” Through UPower, students learn the skills to think and act beyond emotions, to build confidence and respect, which allows them to more effectively bounce back from challenges.

Sara will be presenting to the students during the day and then to parents/guardians in the evening.
